Policies

PURCHASING POLICIES

At this time there will be no minimum requirements for retail consumers.

I do offer wholesale pricing to registered businesses who provide the proper documents. There is a $150.00 minimum. No net terms available.

At this time I am shipping to the US only.
I do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

PAYMENT

I accept visa, MasterCard and discover credit cards. I also accept debit cards and money orders. Payments can be made easily online via PayPal. Sorry, I DO NOT accept checks. No exceptions.

There is a $50.00 fee for issuing a charge back on your credit card in error.

Note: If your card declines, there will be a $5.00 charge added to your invoice. A transaction fee is charged to earth spirits for each declined card so I have to pass this charge to each customer whose card declines. This is an effective & fair way to recoup the charges.

Shipping: The handling charge of $5.00 is charged to offset my costs for shipping supplies (boxes/containers, tissue, labels, bubble wrap, peanuts, tape, insurance, etc.) The handling fee is already included in the shipping and handling rates listed.

RETURNS/CANCELLATIONS/EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is important to us, however, please carefully read the policies below.

CANCELLATIONS:

If you placed your order in error or changed your mind about ordering with us, please call us or e-mail us within 2 hours from time/day of ordering. There will be no exceptions if you miss the 2 hour time frame.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

Due to the nature of my products, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges. Please make sure you fully read and understand all ingredients listed. I provide a detailed list of ingredients in my products and on my labels. Please DO NOT purchase the product if you have experienced any reactions from any of my ingredients listed. Especially, if you're pregnant, if you have any skin sensitivities or allergies to any or all listed ingredients. Again, seek the advice of your health care provider. I do not accept return shipments. So, if you decide you do not want or need the products once you've received it, you cannot return the products back to us. Reason? I would be unable to guarantee the quality and purity of any returned product(s). They cannot be re-stocked or re-sold. PLEASE, choose wisely and carefully for they cannot be returned or exchanged. Sorry, no exceptions. Now, in the event that the wrong product was shipped out to you in error (which is extremely rare for us) you must notify us within 48 hours (2 business days) upon receipt of your packages. Have it shipped back to us for a full exchange, providing it is returned to us unopened, unaltered/untampered. If products arrive back to us opened and contents tampered with, a photo will be taken of products and sent to you explaining why I cannot accept this back. If everything arrives back unopened, unaltered/untampered with, I will ship out your correct order to you ASAP at my expense. please remember you only have 48 hours to report this error to us. Make sure you notify us within this time frame. If not, I will not honor this exchange.

SHIPPING/DAMAGES

Most orders are shipped within 3-7 business days (not including weekends). Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. All orders are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation and insurance (insured in case the package does not arrive at it's destination. Also, all insured priority mail shipments will be considered lost if your package/s have not arrived after 30 business days via USPS. USPS requires a 30 day wait period before placing a lost package trace. I will then reship all package/s after results from USPS trace). Now if delivery or signature confirmations show the package was delivered, you will need to deal with USPS. It's out of my control once the packages leave my facility. A $25.00 charge will be applied to orders requesting faster shipping times.

DAMAGES:

I take the utmost care in packing each order properly and securely. In the event that your package(s) arrive damaged, it has been the sole responsibility of USPS (or any other carrier) for being careless in handling your package/s. So should any damages occur during transit (shipping) it must be reported to the carrier within 48 hours of receiving your package/s. It's then your responsibility to work with the carrier to resolve your claim. I am NOT responsible for any damages caused by the carrier. Once the package(s) leaves my facility and I have my carrier inspect my packages, it's out of my hands and it's no longer under my control.

INCOMPLETE/WRONG ADDRESSES

You will be rebilled shipping charges to reship if package/s are returned to us, plus a 15.00 surcharge will be billed if I am billed due to incomplete/wrong addresses. Please make sure your address is complete and correct.

I will not accept responsibility for late deliveries. I have no control over my carriers. By purchasing any of Earth Spirits products, you agree to all of my disclaimers/ policies. All prices are subject to change without notice due to the rising costs of shipping, supplies, etc. that are beyond my control. All prices exclude shipping, handling and sales taxes. Arizona residents will be expected to pay all taxes required by the state. Lawful purpose: Earth Spirits reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
